摘 要:科教融汇是办学模式、育人方式和科研机制三者的融合汇聚和高度整合,对于全面落实科教兴国战略、顺应产业形态发展需求有着重要的作用。职业院校可从构建“工匠+创新”的人才培养方案、提升科研项目的教学化改造水平、完善“产学研”协同育人模式、培养学生的科研素养、重构科技赋能的教学场景等方面入手,助力科教融汇更好地赋能职业教育人才培养。文章首先阐述了科教融汇的内涵,然后以沙洲职业工学院为例,阐述了该校在科教融汇背景下的创新型人才培养经验,以供同行参考。The integration of science and education is the fusion and high integration of school-running models,educational methods,and scientific research mechanisms.It plays an important role in fully implementing the strategy of revitalizing the country through science and education and meeting the needs of industrial develop⁃ment.Vocational colleges can start by building a talent training program of“craftsman+innovation”,improving the level of teaching transformation of scientific research projects,improving the collaborative education model of“industry-academia-research”,cultivating students’scientific research competency,and reconstructing teaching scenarios empowered by technology to better empower the talent training of vocational education through the inte⁃gration of science and education.The article first explains the connotation of integration of science and education,and then takes Shazhou Professional Institute of Technology as an example to introduce the school’s experience in cultivating innovative talents under the background of integration of science and education.
