“快速社会化”:数字时代青少年社会化趋向、困境与纾解

摘　　要：数字与信息技术重塑了青少年的知识空间、生活方式与成长空间,数字社会中的“缺场”交往扩大了青少年的社会交往范围,超时空经验提升了青少年的学习能力,网络集群促进了青少年的角色认同。青少年由此具备了主动快速筛选与汇通信息的能力,同时对数字知识与现实经验的双重把控与“反向社会化”的趋势也成为青少年成长的显著特征,青少年成长形成“快速社会化”的趋向。青少年的加速成长促使青少年提前掌握信息控制权、过早接触“成人的秘密”以及更快形成理性的思维方式,由此带来了教化权力转变、两性关系早熟、个性化强调等非预期后果。在此基础上,青少年的成长易陷入数字代沟、不良信息危害和孤独心境影响等现实困境,甚至催生出代际冲突、未成年人犯罪等社会问题。故而实现青少年社会化的全面健康发展,需要青少年自身、家庭、学校乃至全体社会在理解并配合“快速社会化”的基础上采取相应的措施,青少年主动加强现实实践能力,家长主动构建良好的亲子关系,学校乃至社会积极营造健康的数字社会环境,激发“快速社会化”内蕴的积极价值。Digital and information technology have reshaped the knowledge space,daily life and growth environment of adolescents.The“absent”communication in the digital society has expanded the scope of adolescents’social interaction;the experience of transcending time and space has improved the learning ability of adolescents;and the network cluster has promoted the role identity of adolescents.Teenagers thus have the ability to actively and quickly screen and communicate information.At the same time,the dual control of digital knowledge and practical experience and the trend of“reverse socialization”have also become a prominent feature of adolescent growth,and adolescent growth has formed a trend of“rapid socialization”.The accelerated growth of young people promotes young people to master information control in advance,to get in touch with“adult secrets”prematurely,and to form rational thinking mode faster,bringing about unintended consequences such as the transformation of educational power,the precocity of gender relations,and personalized emphasis.On this basis,the growth of young people is easy to fall into the real dilemma of digital generation gap,bad information harm and loneliness,and even spawn social problems such as intergenerational conflict and juvenile delinquency.Therefore,how to realize the comprehensive and healthy development of teenagers’socialization requires teenagers themselves,families,schools and even the whole society to take corresponding measures on the basis of understanding and cooperating with“rapid socialization”.Teenagers take the initiative to strengthen their practical ability;parents take the initiative to build a good parent-child relationship;schools and even the society actively create a healthy digital social environment,so as to stimulate the positive value of“rapid socialization”.
