人本理念下综合护理对剖宫产产妇产后母乳喂养情况的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨人本理念下综合护理对剖宫产产妇产后母乳喂养主动性和泌乳的影响。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月于西安宝石花长庆医院接受剖宫产的产妇86例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组产后接受常规护理干预,观察组产后接受人本理念下综合护理干预。比较两组母乳喂养主动性、泌乳量、母乳喂养认知程度。结果:产后第3、7天,两组产妇母乳喂养主动性评分表评分逐渐升高,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后第3、7天,两组产妇24 h泌乳量逐渐增多,观察组均多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇母乳喂养认知程度优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.035)。结论:人本理念下综合护理能提高剖宫产产妇产后母乳喂养主动性、泌乳量以及母乳喂养的认知水平。Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care under the humanistic concept on postpartum breastfeeding initiative and lactation of cesarean section mothers.Methods:Eighty-six cases of mothers who underwent cesarean section at Xi’an Baoshihua Changqing Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group of forty-three cases each according to the method of randomized numerical table.The control group received routine nursing interventions after delivery,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing interventions under the humanistic concept after delivery.Breastfeeding initiative,lactation volume,and breastfeeding cognition were compared between the two groups.Results:On the 3rd and 7th days after delivery,the scores of maternal breastfeeding initiative scale gradually increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);on the 3rd and 7th days after delivery,the amount of lactation in the two groups increased gradually,and the observation group was more than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the excellent rate of maternal breastfeeding cognition in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.035).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing care under the humanistic concept can improve postpartum breastfeeding initiative,lactation volume and breastfeeding cognition level of cesarean section mothers.
