摘　　要：通过对人造板生产线装备大型化产生的新热点问题的归纳,探讨了大型纤维板生产线装备适应性改进和大型刨花板生产物料平衡、刨花制备、拌胶机改进、铺装机调整等系列问题,提出了胶合板连续化生产方案和大型人造板生产线数字化(智能化)转型的构架路径。By summarizing the new hot issues arising from the large-scale equipment of wood-based panel production lines,this paper explores the adaptability improvement of large-scale fiberboard production line equipment and a series of problems in large-scale particle board productionof material balance,shavings preparation,glue mixing machine improvement,forming station adjustment,etc.A continuous production plan for plywood and a framework path for the digital(intelligent)transformation of large-scale wood-based panel production lines are proposed.
