天麻素胶囊联合卡马西平片治疗原发性三叉神经痛患者的效果  

Effect of Gastrodin Capsules Combined with Carbamazepine Tablets in the Treatment of Patients with Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia

摘　　要：目的:探究天麻素胶囊联合卡马西平片治疗原发性三叉神经痛患者的效果。方法:选择2021年1月—2023年12月就诊于浙江省人民医院毕节医院的70例原发性三叉神经痛患者作为研究对象,使用随机数表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组给予卡马西平片治疗,观察组给予天麻素胶囊联合卡马西平片治疗,两组均持续治疗20 d。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、睡眠质量、血清相关指标及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue score,VAS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分及肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)及神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:天麻素胶囊卡联合马西平片治疗原发性三叉神经痛效果显著,能缓解疼痛,改善睡眠质量,有效调节血清因子水平,且安全性高。Objective:To explore the effect of Gastrodin Capsules combined with Carbamazepine Tablets in the treatment of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia.Method:A total of 70 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia who treated in Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital Bijie Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Carbamazepine Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Gastrodin Capsules combined with Carbamazepine Tablets,two groups were treated for 20 d.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,sleep quality,serum related indexes and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue score(VAS)score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and nerve growth factor(NGF)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gastrodin Capsules combined with Carbamazepine Tablets in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia has a significant effect,which can relieve pain,improve sleep quality,regulate serum factor levels,and has high safety.
