摘  要:为研究绿茶粉对蛋鸡生产性能、血清抗氧化指标和盲肠菌群结构的影响,将240只24周龄京粉6号商品蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复12只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加0.50%、0.75%和1.00%绿茶粉的日粮,试验期8周。结果显示:0.50%和0.75%绿茶粉组的产蛋率略高于对照组(P>0.05),但显著高于1.00%绿茶粉组(P<0.05),1.00%绿茶粉组产蛋率略低于对照组(P>0.05);0.75%绿茶粉组的料蛋比显著低于对照组和1.00%绿茶粉组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,1.00%绿茶粉组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著降低(P<0.05),0.75%和1.00%绿茶粉组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著增加(P<0.05),0.50%、0.75%和1.00%绿茶粉组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。添加0.50%、0.75%和1.00%绿茶粉对盲肠Chao1、Richness、Shannon指数和ACE指数无显著影响(P>0.05);添加绿茶粉对盲肠微生物菌群结构无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加绿茶粉有助于改善蛋鸡生产性能和血清抗氧化指标,影响了蛋鸡盲肠微生物多样性以及组成结构,日粮中绿茶粉适宜添加量为0.50%~0.75%。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of green tea powder on production performance,serum antioxidant indexes and cecal microflora structure of laying hens.A total of 24024-week-old Jingfen No.6 commercial laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 12 hens per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,and the three experimental groups were fed a basal diet containing 0.50%,0.75% and 1.00% green tea powder,respectively.The experiment lasted for 8 weeks.The results showed that,the laying rate of 0.50% and 0.75% green tea powder groups were slightly higher than that of the control group(P>0.05),but significantly higher than that of 1.00% green tea powder group(P<0.05),and the laying rate of 1.00% green tea powder group was slightly lower than that of the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the addition of 1.00% green tea powder significantly reduced serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity(P<0.05),0.75% and 1.00%green tea powder significantly increased serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px)activity(P<0.05),0.50%,0.75% and 1.00% green tea powder significantly reduced serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content(P<0.05).Adding 0.50%,0.75% and 1.00% green tea powder had no significant effect on Chao1 index,Richness index,Shannon index and ACE index of laying hens(P>0.05).The addition of green tea powder had no significant effect on the structure of cecal microbial flora(P>0.05).In summary,dietary green tea powder inclusion could improve the production performance and serum antioxidant indexes,and affected the diversity and structural composition of cecal microbiota in laying hens,the proper supplemental level in diet of green tea powder was 0.50% to 0.75% in the current study.
