摘  要:霉菌毒素对饲料及饲料原料的污染率高、毒性强,且缺乏有效的解毒剂。未超标水平的霉菌毒素污染的饲料仍可导致动物慢性中毒,对动物健康产生不利影响。通过补充抗氧化剂可以降低霉菌毒素导致的氧化损伤、提高动物的解毒能力。金属、类金属等的纳米材料具有抗菌、抗氧化等功能,其缓解霉菌毒素中毒的有效性引起了广泛关注。文章综述了金属、类金属等纳米材料对霉菌毒素的脱毒及解毒作用,以期为生产中采用金属、类金属等纳米材料防控霉菌毒素中毒提供参考。Mycotoxin has high contamination rate to feed and feed raw materials,strong toxicity,and lack of effective antidote.Feed contaminated with mycotoxins not exceeding the standard level can still lead to chronic poisoning of animals and have adverse effects on animal health.Antioxidant supplementation can reduce the oxidative damage caused by mycotoxins and improve the detoxification ability of animals.Metal and metal-like nanomaterials have antibacterial and antioxidant functions,and their effectiveness in alleviating mycotoxin poisoning has attracted wide attention.In this paper,the detoxification effects of metal and metal-like nanomaterials on mycotoxin were reviewed,aiming to provide reference for the prevention and control of mycotoxin poisoning by metal and metal-like nanomaterials in production.
