摘  要:研究槐米内总成分含量,使用傅里叶红外光谱法对槐米样品进行定性研究;采用硝酸铝显色法、福林酚法、DNS对槐米进行总黄酮、总酚酸、还原糖进行测定。14批槐米的红外图谱的峰型一致,各批次槐米的一维红外光谱都存在表征酚酸类、黄酮类和糖类成分的特征吸收峰;在其二阶导数红外图谱,进一步确认黄酮类化合物的存在。含量测定发现其富含总黄酮、总多酚、还原糖。槐米富含酚酸、黄酮类、还原糖成分,一维红外光谱和二阶导数光谱的结合,可以为不同批次槐米的识别分析提供科学数据,有助于槐米的整体质量控制以及有效成分定性分析研究。本研究为后期开发利用槐米提供理论支持,也为控制槐米的药材质量,保证其安全使用提供参考。To study the total component content of Sophora japonica flower buds,Fourier infrared spectroscopy was used to qualitatively study Sophora japonica flower bud samples.Aluminum nitrate chromogenic method,forinphenol method and DNS were used to determine total flavonoids,total phenolic acid and reducing sugars of Sophora japonica flower buds.The peak shapes of the infrared spectra of 14 batches of Sophora japonica flower buds were consistent,and the one-dimensional infrared spectra of each batch exhibited characteristic absorption peaks characterizing phenolic acids,flavonoids and carbohydrates.In its second-derivative infrared spectra,the presence of flavonoids was further confirmed.The content determination revealed that it was rich in total flavonoids,total polyphenols,and reducing sugars.Sophora japonica flower buds was rich in phenolic acids,flavonoids and reducing sugar components,and the combination of one-dimensional infrared spectroscopy and second-derivative spectroscopy could provide scientific data for the identification and analysis of different batches of Sophora japonica flower buds,aiding in overall quality control of Sophora japonica flower buds and the qualitative analysis of active ingredients;this study provides theoretical support for the later development and utilization of Sophora japonica flower buds,and a reference for controlling the quality of medicinal materials of Sophora japonica flower buds and ensuring its safe use.
