摘　　要：目的分析多动障碍患儿的血铅水平与其社会功能的关系。方法选取126例多动障碍患儿为观察组,126例非多动障碍儿童为对照组,比较两组的血铅水平、社会功能。比较不同亚型多动障碍患儿的血铅水平,分析多动障碍患儿的血铅水平与其社会功能的相关性。结果观察组的血铅水平高于对照组,WFIRS-P各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,多动障碍患儿的血铅水平与学习和学校、生活技能、社会活动呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论多动障碍患儿的血铅水平较高,其血铅水平与部分社会功能存在相关性,临床应重视铅暴露对儿童社会功能的影响。Objective To analyze the correlation between blood lead level and social function in children with hyperactivity disorder.Methods 126 children with hyperactivity disorder were selected as the observation group,and 126 children without hyperactivity disorder were selected as the control group.The blood lead level and social function were compared between the two groups.The blood lead levels of children with different subtypes of hyperactivity disorder were compared,and the correlation between blood lead level and social function of children with hyperactivity disorder was analyzed.Results The blood lead level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of each dimension and total score of WFIRS-P were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the blood lead level was positively correlated with learning and school,life skills,and social activities in children with hyperactivity disorder(P<0.05).Conclusions Children with hyperactivity disorder have high blood lead level,and blood lead level is correlated with some social functions.Clinical attention should be paid to the impact of lead exposure on children's social function.
