摘 要:肠道微生物组是人体内一个复杂的微生态系统,与许多肠内外疾病的发生和发展密切相关。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,肠道微生物在肺癌的发生、发展、诊断及治疗中扮演着不可忽视的角色。本文基于对肠道微生物与肠-肺轴以及免疫系统关系的深入探究,重点介绍了其在影响肺癌发生、进展和免疫检查点抑制治疗方面所起到的作用,并总结了目前可行调节肠道微生物以提高免疫治疗效果方法,同时也指出可能存在困难和挑战,为免疫检查点抑制剂在肺癌治疗中的应用提供参考。The intestinal microbiome is a complex microecosystem in the human body,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of many intestinal and intestinal diseases.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that intestinal microbes play a non-negligible role in the occurrence,development,diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.Based on the in-depth exploration of the relationship between gut microbiota and gut-lung axis and immune system,this article focuses on its role in affecting the occurrence and progression of lung cancer and immune checkpoint inhibition therapy,and summarizes the current feasible methods to regulate gut microbiota to improve the effect of immunotherapy.At the same time,it also points out that there may be difficulties and challenges,and provides a reference for the application of immune checkpoint inhibitors in the treatment of lung cancer.
