摘 要:目的:探讨导学互动的叠加式教育(BOPPPS)教学联合客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)在消毒供应专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年3月郑州大学第一附属医院待培训的80名消毒供应中心专科护士作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为两组,每组各40人。对照组实施传统带教模式,研究组应用BOPPPS教学联合OSCE考核模式,比较两组护士培训后理论知识和专业技能考核成绩及对培训模式的认可度。结果:培训后,研究组管理制度、操作流程、专业知识、质量监测和职业安全防护各项理论知识考核成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.100、3.989、3.611、4.336、2.953,P<0.05);研究组清洗消毒流程、灭菌流程、复杂器械装配、包装、湿包的判断与处理、低温灭菌流程各项专业技能考核成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.426、4.502、3.314、3.718、3.796,P<0.05);研究组强化理论知识、提高专业技能、提高困难解决能力、提高工作信心和提高个人综合素质各项认可度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.624、2.986、3.122、4.155、2.079,P<0.05)。结论:BOPPPS教学联合OSCE在消毒供应专科护士培训中的应用可明显提高专科护士对理论知识和专业技能的水平以及专科护士的综合素质和实践能力,对提高消毒供应中心工作质量具有重要意义,护士对该培训模式认可度较高。Objective:To explore the application effect of BOPPPS teaching combined with OSCE in the training of specialized nurses in disinfection and supply.Methods:The research subjects selected 80 specialized nurses from the disinfection supply center who were waiting to be trained in the hospital from May 2021 to May 2023.According to random number method,the nurses were divided into the research group and the control group,with 40 nurses in each group.The control group implemented traditional teaching mode,while the research group applied BOPPPS teaching combined with OSCE assessment mode.The theoretical knowledge,professional skills assessment scores and recognition of the training mode were compared in the groups after training.Result:After training,the research group achieved significantly higher scores in various theoretical knowledge assessments,such as management systems,operational procedures,professional knowledge,quality monitoring,and occupational safety protection,than the control group(t=4.100,3.989,3.611,4.336,2.953;P<0.05).While the research group achieved significantly higher scores in various professional skills assessments,such as cleaning and disinfection processes,sterilization processes,complex instrument assembly and packaging,wet bag judgment and handling,and low-temperature sterilization processes compared to the control group(t=4.426,4.502,3.314,3.718,3.796;P<0.05).The research group’s recognition scores for strengthening theoretical knowledge,improving professional skills,improving problem-solving ability,enhancing work confidence,and improving personal comprehensive quality were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=3.624,2.986,3.122,4.155,2.079;P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of BOPPPS teaching combined with OSCE assessment mode in the training of specialized nurses in the disinfection supply room can achieve good teaching results,and significantly improve the mastery of theoretical knowledge and professional skills of specialized nurses.It is conducive to improving the
