摘 要:目的:探究情志护理+个性化健康教育对中风偏瘫患者的影响。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年6月焦作市中医院收治的198例中风偏瘫患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,每组各99例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上给予情志护理联合个性化健康教育,两组患者均连续干预3个月。比较干预前、干预1个月后、干预3个月后两组患者Barthel指数(BI)、中文版认知情绪调节问卷(CERQ-C)、17项汉密尔顿抑郁评分量表(HAMD-17)、脑卒中特定生存质量量表(SS-QOL)评分变化情况。结果:干预1个月后、3个月后,两组患者BI评分均高于干预前,且实验组BI评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.852、6.312,P<0.05);干预1个月后、3个月后,两组患者积极认知情绪评分高于干预前、消极认知情绪评分低于干预前,实验组积极认知情绪评分高于对照组、消极认知情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.524、4.529、3.534、5.876,P<0.05);干预1个月后、3个月后,两组患者HAMD-17评分均高于干预前,且实验组HAMD-17评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.147、12.561,P<0.05);干预1个月后、3个月后,两组患者SS-QOL评分均高于干预前,且实验组SS-QOL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.852、6.312,P<0.05)。结论:情志护理+个性化健康教育对提高中风偏瘫患者生活自理能力、改善认知情绪、降低抑郁程度、提高其生存质量有积极意义。Objective:To explore the influence of emotional nursing+personalized health education on patients with stroke hemiplegia.Methods:198 patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group(n=99)was given routine nursing,and the experimental group(n=99)was given emotional nursing combined with personalized health education on this basis,and both groups were continuously intervened for 3 months.The changes in scores of Barthel Index(BI),Chinese Version of Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(CERQ-C),17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD-17)and Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)were compared between the two groups before intervention and after 1 month and 3 months of intervention.Results:1 month and 3 months after intervention,the scores of BI of the two groups were higher than before,and the scores of BI in the experimental group were higher than that in control group(t=4.852,6.312;P<0.05).1 month and 3 months after intervention,the scores of positive cognitive emotion of the two groups were higher than before,and the scores of negative cognitive emotion of the two groups were lower than before.The scores of positive cognitive emotion in the experimental group were higher than that in control group that in control group,while the scores of negative cognitive emotion of the experimental group were lower than that in control group(t=4.524,4.529,3.534,5.876;P<0.05).1 month and 3 months after intervention,the scores of HAMD-17 of the two groups were higher than before,and the scores of HAMD-17 in the experimental group were lower than that in control group.1 month and 3 months after intervention,the scores of SS-QOL of the two groups were higher than before,and the scores of SS-QOLI in the experimental group were higher than that in control group(t=4.852,6.312;P<0.05).Conclusion:Emotional nursing+personalized health education,which have positive significance on enhancing se
