微螺钉支抗治疗对口腔正畸患者牙龈指标及牙根周组织的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析微螺钉支抗治疗对口腔正畸患者牙龈指标及牙根周组织的影响。方法选取100例口腔正畸患者,随机分为对照组(50例)与研究组(50例)。对照组选择非种植体支抗治疗,研究组则选择微螺钉支抗治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、牙龈指标[牙菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)以及龈沟出血指数(SBI)]、牙根周组织损伤情况。结果研究组的总有效率96.0%显著高于对照组的82.0%(P<0.05)。相比于治疗前,两组治疗后的PLI、GI及SBI均明显下降(P<0.05);且研究组治疗后的PLI(1.28±0.25)分、GI(1.06±0.11)分、SBI(1.15±0.14)分均明显低于对照组的(1.87±0.34)、(1.43±0.14)、(1.68±0.15)分(P<0.05)。研究组的牙根周组织受损率24.0%显著高于对照组的8.0%(P<0.05)。结论选择微螺钉支抗治疗口腔正畸患者能取得显著疗效,能对牙龈情况进行显著改善,但是却会在一定程度上影响、损伤牙根周组织,所以在实际的临床治疗中应严格遵循相关的规范开展各项操作,以减少操作失误。Objective To analyze the effect of microscrew implant anchorage on gingival index and periapical tissues in orthodontic patients.Methods A total of 100 orthodontic patients were randomly divided into a control group(50 cases)and a study group(50 cases).The control group was treated with non-implant anchorage,while the study group was treated with microscrew implant anchorage.The clinical efficacy,gingival index[plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI)and sulcus bleeding index(SBI),and periapical tissue damage were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 96.0%in the study group,which was significantly higher than 82.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,PLI,GI and SBI in both groups after treatment were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study group had PLI of(1.28±0.25)points,GI of(1.06±0.11)points and SBI of(1.15±0.14)points after treatment,which were significantly lower than(1.87±0.34),(1.43±0.14)and(1.68±0.15)points of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of periapical tissues damage in the study group was 24.0%,which was significantly higher than 8.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Microscrew implant anchorage in the treatment of orthodontic patients can achieve significant efficacy and significantly improve the gingival condition,but it will affect and damage the periapical tissue to a certain extent.Therefore,in the actual clinical treatment,relevant norms should be strictly followed to carry out various operations to reduce operational errors.
