奥曲肽和垂体后叶素急诊治疗急性消化道出血的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的分析奥曲肽和垂体后叶素急诊治疗急性消化道出血的疗效。方法选取60例急诊的急性消化道出血患者,根据患者治疗方式的差异将其分为观察组(30例,采用奥曲肽治疗)和对照组(30例,采用垂体后叶素治疗)。对比两组患者止血效果、止血时间、住院时间、平均出血量、不良反应发生率。结果观察组止血总有效率96.67%明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组止血时间(1.86±0.44)d、住院时间(4.85±0.67)d、平均出血量(68.23±7.26)ml均优于对照组的(2.75±0.62)d、(8.92±0.96)d、(112.44±9.41)ml(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率3.33%明显低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论奥曲肽急诊治疗急性消化道出血的疗效优于垂体后叶素,更能在保障急性消化道出血疗效的同时减少药物不良反应。Objective To analyze the efficacy of octreotide and pituitrin in emergency treatment of acute gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 60 emergency room patients with acute gastrointestinal bleeding were selected and divided into an observation group(30 cases,octreotide treatment)and a control group(30 cases,pituitrin treatment)according to the differences in treatment methods.The hemostatic effect,hemostatic time,length of hospital stay,average blood loss and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of hemostasis in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the hemostasis time was(1.86±0.44)d,the length of hospital stay was(4.85±0.67)d and the average blood loss was(68.23±7.26)ml,which were better than(2.75±0.62)d,(8.92±0.96)d and(112.44±9.41)ml in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33%in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of octreotide in the emergency treatment of acute gastrointestinal bleeding is better than that of pituitrin,which is more capable of guaranteeing the efficacy of acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage and at the same time reducing the adverse drug reactions.
