摘　　要：目的观察腕踝针治疗肝恶性肿瘤介入术后顽固性呃逆的应用效果。方法将90例肝恶性肿瘤介入术后顽固性呃逆患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组45例予以西医对症治疗,治疗组45例在对照组治疗基础上予以腕踝针治疗,疗程8周。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后呃逆症状改善情况、中医证候评分及生活质量。结果治疗组患者总有效率93.33%(42/45),对照组为77.78%(35/45),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后、治疗结束后7 d时,2组的呃逆症状评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组的评分均低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候各项评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后生活质量均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腕踝针治疗肝恶性肿瘤介入术后顽固性呃逆患者可取得显著效果,不仅能提升其临床疗效,促进呃逆症状改善,而且还能降低中医证候评分,进一步提高患者的生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture on intractable hiccup in liver malignant tumor with interventional therapy.Methods Ninety patients with intractable hiccup underwent interventional therapy for liver malignant tumor were enrolled,and they were randomly assigned in a 1∶1 ratio to either symptomatic Western medicine therapy(control group)or wrist-ankle acupuncture plus symptomatic Western medicine therapy(treatment group)for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy was assessed,and the scores of hiccup symptom,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom,and quality of life between groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(93.33%[42/45]vs 77.78%[35/45],P<0.05).The scores of hiccup symptom in both groups on days 0 and 7 daysafter treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the decreases were more prevalent in the treatment group relative to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),which were more prevalent in the treatment group compared to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life were significantly improved in the both groups than those before treatment(P<0.05),which in the treatment group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of wrist-ankle acupuncture has a significant curative effect in patients with intractable hiccup underwent interventional therapy for liver malignant tumor,which can not only improve the clinical effect and promote the improvement of hiccup symptoms,but also reduce the TCM symptom score and the quality of life.
