摘  要:通过对医药化学领域一个具体案例的检索分析过程,归纳总结了STN数据库在有机化合物领域的经验和技巧,在检索中通过准确把握发明构思动态调整化学结构,并善用STN数据库中IT字段、时间字段ED=Entry Date确定出的高效准确检索策略,降低检索噪音化合物的干扰,实现快速检索,准确命中目标化合物结构,对化合物检索实践具有一定借鉴意义,为专利申请中涉及化合物结构式的新颖性评判的高效检索提供了新思路。Through the search and analysis process of a specific case in the field of medicinal chemistry,the experience and skills of the STN database in the field of organic compounds were summarized.During the search,the chemical structure was dynamically adjusted by accurately grasping the invention concept.The efficient and accurate search strategy determined by the time field ED=Entry Date,IT field in the STN database can reduce the interference of search noise compounds,realize fast search,and accurately hit the structure of the target compound,bringing out new strategies for efficiently search upon novelty judgment of compounds in the patent application concerns about the compounds structure.
