人文关怀护理改善精神分裂症患者治疗心理状态及治疗依从性的研究

摘　　要：目的分析人文关怀护理改善精神分裂症患者治疗心理状态及治疗依从性的影响。方法该研究总共纳入72例试验对象,均是2021年9月至2023年9月我院住院的精神分裂症患者,利用随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组(常规护理,共36例)与观察组(人文关怀护理,共36例)。对比两组的心理状态、病耻感、治疗依从性、精神症状、自知力、社会功能及社会支持领悟能力。结果在汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及病耻感评估量表(SSAS)评分方面,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。在治疗依从率上,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。在阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、自知力及治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)评分、社会功能缺陷量表(SDSS)评分及住院患者社会功能评定量表(SSPI)评分方面,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理有利于改善精神分裂症患者的心理状态,提高治疗依从性。Objective To analyze the impact of humanistic care nursing on the treatment psychological status and treatment compliance of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 72 test subjects were included in this study,all of whom were inpatients with schizophrenia from September 2021 to September 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group(36 cases with routine care)and a study group(36 cases with humanistic care)using a random number table method.Compare the psychological status,sense of shame,treatment compliance,psychological symptoms,self-awareness,social function,and social support comprehension ability between the two groups.Results The study group was lower than the control group in terms of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores,and Sick Shame Assessment Scal(SSAS)scores(P<0.05).In terms of treatment compliance rate,the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The study group was superior to the control group in terms of Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)scores,Insight and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire(ITAQ)scores,Social Functioning Deficit Screening Scale(SDSS)scores,and the Social Functioning Scale for Inpatients(SSPI)scores(P<0.05).Conclusions Humanistic care nursing is beneficial for improving the psychological status of patients with schizophrenia,enhancing treatment compliance.
