摘　　要：目的探析人文护理关怀结合临床护理干预在老年性白内障合并高血压围手术期中所取得的效果。方法本次研究对象共纳入90例老年性白内障合并高血压患者,病例选取时间为2021年1月至2022年1月,按照随机摸球法将其分组。对照组的45例患者接受常规护理,观察组纳入的45例接受人文护理关怀结合临床护理干预。结果并发症总发生率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组的收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组(均P<0.05);护理满意度观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);视力水平观察组高于对照组,VAS评分经观察组的低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年性白内障合并高血压患者,在围手术期接受人文护理关怀结合临床护理干预,可以有效降低血压水平、改善心理状态,减少并发症发生,患者的视力水平恢复较好,护理质量较高。Objective To explore the effectiveness of humanistic nursing care combined with clinical nursing intervention in the perioperative period of elderly cataract complicated with hypertension.Methods A total of 90 patients with senile cataract combined with hypertension were included in this study,and the cases were selected from January 2021 to January 2022.They were grouped according to random ball-touching method.Fortyfive patients in the control group received routine nursing,and 45 patients in the observation group received humanistic nursing care combined with clinical nursing intervention.Results The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The visual acuity level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions When given to senile cataract patients with hypertension,humanistic nursing care combined with clinical nursing intervention in perioperative period can effectively reduce blood pressure,improve psychological state,reduce complications,reduce pain,the patient's vision level is better,the quality of nursing is higher.
