摘　　要：根据南方地区气候特点以及大球盖菇的生长特性,从场地选择、出菇设施搭建、菌种生产、栽培基质配方、培养料有氧发酵、层架铺料、播种、发菌管理、出菇管理等方面总结了关键技术,以期为南方地区设施条件下层架式大球盖菇栽培模式发展提供支持。According to the climate characteristics of southern China and the growth characteristics of Stropharia rugosoannulata,the key techniques were summarized from the aspests of the site selection,fruiting facility construction,culture production,culture medium formula,aerobic fermentation of substrate,subatrate spreading on shelf,seeding,spawn-running management and fruiting management and so on,in order to provide support for the development of the layered cultivation of Stropharia rugosoannulata in southern China.
