摘  要:为适应我国社会经济和新型城镇化发展,市域铁路正呈现蓬勃发展的态势。埃及斋月十日城铁路项目作为为中资公司“走出去”的第一条成功执行的市域快线,与其功能需求和技术特点相匹配的行车组织关键技术和方法在海外推广具有一定的难度。该论文简述了埃及轨道交通发展历程及现状,总结了项目的主要特点,阐述了车辆选型、速度目标值及站立标准的确定,分析了辅助配线设置方案,探讨了快慢车行车组织模式的可行性,提出了线路多次延伸后列车开行方案的设想。With the development of social economy and new urbanization in China,Metropolitan Rapid Rail Transit System are showing a trend of vigorous development.The 10th of Ramadan Railway Project in Egypt is the first Metropolitan Rapid Railway successfully implemented by Chinese company as the strategy of"go global".There are certain difficulties in promoting the key technologies and methods of traffic organization that match the project’s functional requirements and technical characteristics overseas.This paper briefly describes the development history and current situation of Egyptian rail transit,analyzes the main characteristics of the project,expounds the rolling stock selection,the maximum running speed and determination of train crowding levels;It also analyzes the proposal of auxiliary line,clarifies the reason for not applying a mixed operation mode with express and slow trains,and it quoted the proposal of train organization after multiple times of phases extension.
