摘  要:电机行业目前的目标是实现结构轻量化、小型化,提高可靠性、功率密度和智能化程度等。更轻和更小的电机能够有效节省材料、节约空间,目前在制造业的需求量越来越大。以某永磁同步电机的外壳作为研究对象,使用OptiStruct软件对其进行刚度、强度和模态有限元分析,同时对电机外壳实物进行模态试验,对比试验结果与仿真分析结果,有限元模型的准确性得以验证。将拓扑优化方法引入电机外壳前期概念设计阶段,对电机外壳进行多工况下的拓扑优化设计,实现了减少电机外壳质量的同时提高外壳力学综合性能的目标。The current goal of motor industry is to achieve lightweight and miniaturized structure,improve reliability,power density as well as intelligence,etc.At present,the demand of lighter and smaller motors in manufacturing industry is increasing because this can effectively save materials and space.The housing of a PMSM was taken as the research object and the stiffness,strength and modal finite element analysis of the prototype finite element model were carried out in OptiStruct.Also,the free modal tests of the motor housing were conducted to compare the test results with the simulation results to verify the accuracy of the finite element model.In order to achieve lightweight design,the topology optimization method was introduced in the conceptual design stage of the motor housing.Combining the space and internal layout of the motor,multiple load cases topology optimization design of the motor housing was conducted,achieving the goal of reducing the quality of the motor housing and improving the overall mechanical performance.
