摘 要:作为农业废弃物清洁转化的有效手段,腐生性昆虫的产业化养殖和深加工利用已成为当今环境、农业和能源等领域的研究热点。添加麦麸可有效改善昆虫饲料调制效果,解决昆虫饲料调制过程中自主发酵启动难、饲料营养价值差、碳氮损失高等问题,同时提高饲料适口性增加虫体蛋白产量。在麦麸改善昆虫饲料调制效果的理论依据基础上,重点综述了麦麸独特的营养组成、物理结构和细菌微生物结构等对昆虫饲料理化性质的影响,进而从微生物学和表征分析方面阐述了其作用机制及实现有机废弃物减量化、无害化、增值化处理的工艺流程,以及产业化应用潜力与发展趋势,为开展腐生性昆虫养殖饲料调制提供理论支持。As an effective method of bioconversion of organic wastes by saprophytic insects,the industrial breeding and deep processing utilization of saprophytic insects have already become a hotspot in the fields of environment,agriculture,and energy.Adding wheat bran could effectively improve the modulation effect and catalytic efficiency of insect feed.It could solve the problems of difficult self-fermentation of organic waste,poor nutritional value of feed,nutrient loss,and environmental pollution high carbon and nitrogen loss during the preparation of insect feed,while improving feed palatability and increasing insect protein production.Based on introducing the theoretical basis for improving the insect feed modulation using wheat bran,this work illustrates the impact of the unique nutritional composition,physical structure,and bacterial microbial structure of wheat bran on the physicochemical properties of insect feed.Furthermore,the mechanism of action was elucidated from the aspects of the perspectives of microbiology and characterization analysis.The process flow was elaborated for waste treatments with purposes of waste reduction,harmless,value-addition,and stabilization,as well as the potential and development trend of industrial application.The review will provide a useful theoretical foundation to support the efficient utilization of modulation of insect feed and promote the high-value transformation of agricultural wastes.
