摘 要:基于艾森克的人格类型理论和阿尔伯特·班杜拉的社会学习理论,运用艾森克人格量表和自我效能量表,对高校大学生人格类型和自我效能感的水平进行数据采集。通过检验结果差异性比较和分析,结果表明:外倾型人格倾向与中间型人格倾向的大学生群体,在自我效能感的水平上不存在明显差异,内倾型人格倾向在自我效能感上的差异存在统计学意义。从情绪因素、认知因素、行为因素三个方面论证了内倾型人格倾向对大学生自我效能感的影响,提出了大学生自我效能感的培养策略。Based on Eysenck s personality type theory and Albert Bandura s social learning theory,the Eysenck Personality Scale and Self-Efficacy Scale were used to collect data on the level of personality type and self-efficacy of college students.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the level of self-efficacy between the extraverted personality tendency and the intermediate personality tendency,and there was a statistically significant difference in the self-efficacy of the introverted personality tendency.The influence of introverted personality tendency on college students self-efficacy was demonstrated from three aspects:emotional factors,cognitive factors and behavioral factors,and a strategy for cultivating college students self-efficacy was proposed.
