博士学位论文盲审数据分析后的几点思考

摘　　要：盲审制度在学位论文质量把控中起着至关重要的作用。然而,盲审结果不能真实反映论文质量的现象时有发生。针对该现象,从多个维度分析盲审制度对提高博士研究生学位论文质量的积极作用,并以近三年同济大学电子与信息工程学院博士研究生学位论文盲审结果数据为分析案例。据此,深度剖析当前盲审环节中隐藏的关键问题,并针对性地提出几点改进措施和建议,以期为博士学位论文评审方式和评审制度的优化提供新思路,为提高博士学位论文质量及博士研究生培养质量提供重要保障。The rule of blind review plays a crucial role in the quality control of doctoral dissertation.However,the outcomes of blind review often fail to reflect the real quality of the doctoral dissertation.In view of this phenomenon,this study deeply analyzes the positive effects of the blind review on improving the quality of doctoral dissertation from multiple perspectives,and the blind review data of doctoral dissertations from the School of Electronic and Information Engineering at Tongji University over the past three years.Based on these analyses,this study uncovers the imperceptible issues in the current blind review procedures,and then proposes several measures and suggestions accordingly,thereby providing new insights into the review procedures and rules,and offering essential support for improving the quality of doctoral dissertation and the doctoral education.
