摘　　要：“物律”是指把抽象的道德理念通过恰当的技术设计,使之在人工物的结构和功能中得以体现,从而对人的认知和行为产生道德意义上的引导和规范作用。中国古代物律历史悠久,在脚本的设计上重视对人的影响,在物律的人工物制造上效法自然与系统谋划,在物律的人工物使用上重视以人为本和文质统一。中国古代物律具有价值取向偏等级性、功能影响潜移默化性及传播渠道自上而下性的特点。中国古代物律的构成和特性对当代社会发展的启示:一是要在物的设计、制造和使用中重视物律的作用;二是要重视物律的潜移默化作用,推动社会进步;三是要重视物律传播的互动性,推动物律良性发展。Matter-regulation refers to the embodiment of abstract moral ideas in the structure and function of artificial objects through appropriate technical design,thus leading and standardizing people's cognition and behavior in a moral sense.The ancient Chinese matter-regulation has a long history.It attaches importance to the influence of script on people in the design of script,emulates nature and systematic planning in the manufacture of artificial objects in the matter-regulation,and attaches importance to the people-oriented and the unity of text and quality in the use of artificial objects in the matter-regulation.The law of matter in ancient China has the characteristics of hierarchical value orientation,imperceptible functional influence and top-down communication channels.The enlightenments of the constitution and characteristics of the ancient Chinese matter-regulation to the development of contemporary society are as follows.First,we should pay attention to the role of the matter-regulation in the design,manufacture and use of things.Second,we should pay attention to the subtle effect of the matter-regulation to promote social progress.Third,we should pay attention to the interaction of the transmission of the matter-regulation and promote the healthy development of the operation of the matter-regulation.
