摘 要:事业单位人员培训是党和政府人事、人才管理的重要内容,是事业人员队伍素质整体提升的重要途径。事业单位工作的专门、专属性质决定了对工作人员必须进行定期的、制度化的在岗培训。其中,湖南省对传统的培训模式进行了改革,由人社厅对全省事业单位的培训工作进行统筹,并面向全国公开招标了三家专业化的培训公司为其提供优质的课程,搭建专门的培训平台为全省事业单位工作人员提供开放的、可选择的培训课程,这一新做法引起了多方关注。The training of public personnel is of great significance,which is an important content of personnel and talent management of the Party and the government,and an important way to improve the overall quality of the public personnel.The special and exclusive nature of the work of public institutions determines that regular and institutionalized on-the-job training must be carried out for the staff.Among them,Hunan Province has reformed the traditional training mode,with the Department of Human Resources and Social Security coordinating the training work of public institutions throughout the province.Three specialized training companies have been publicly tendered nationwide to provide high-quality courses,and a dedicated training platform has been established to provide open and selectable training courses for staff in public institutions throughout the province.This new approach has attracted much attention from multiple Parties.Therefore,the research group selected Hunan Province as a case and conducted research through participation in evaluation,special research and necessary literature collation.
