摘 要:车体在规定垂向载荷下的挠度是评价车体刚度的一个重要指标。对于垂向载荷分布较为均匀的车型,车体垂向载荷试验通常采用均布集中载荷或均布载荷加载方式。均布集中载荷与均布载荷并不完全一致,两者作用下产生的车体中部挠度也存在差异。文章从理论角度对均布集中载荷和均布载荷产生的车体中部挠度差异进行了分析,并提出了减小这种差异的调整措施。The deflection of the carbody under a specified vertical load is an important indicator for evaluating the rigidity of the carbody.For a car in which the vertical load is evenly distributed,the carbody vertical load test normally adopts the evenly distributed concentrated load or the evenly distributed load for loading.The evenly distributed concentrated load and the evenly distributed load are not completely consistent,and the deflection of the middle part of the carbody generated under the two kinds of loads is also different.This article analyzes the difference in deflection of the middle part of the carbody generated by the evenly distributed concentrated load and the evenly distributed load from the theoretical angle and proposes adjustment measures to reduce this difference.
