摘  要:桑黄类真菌是一类珍稀食药用真菌,作为传统保健品在多个国家被广泛使用。多糖是桑黄类真菌的主要活性物质。大量研究表明,多糖具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抑菌、免疫调节、降血糖、护肝等多种生物活性。该文结合国内外相关文献,对桑黄多糖的化学成分、生物活性及其相应机制进行综述,并对桑黄多糖研究存在的问题和开发利用前景进行展望,以期更好地研究和利用这一新型食药菌类功能食品资源。'Sanghuang'fungus is a rare edible and medicinal fungus,widely used as functional food in multiple countries.Polysaccharide is one of the main active substances of'Sanghuang'fungus.Many studies have shown that polysaccharides have many bioactivities in anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,bacteriostasis,immune regulation,hypoglycemic effect,and liver protection.In this review,the chemical composition,bioactivities,and corresponding mechanism of the polysaccharides from'Sanghuang'fungus were reviewed,and the existing problems in the research on the polysaccharides from'Sanghuang'fungus and their development and utilization prospects were summarized based on the Chinese and foreign literature,so as to better study and utilize the new functional food resource of the edible and medicinal fungus.
