摘 要:火棘是一种对于医学和食品都十分重要的植物,具有很大的开发和应用前景。本文以乙醇体积分数、纤维素酶用量、超声波温度、超声波时间为自变量,总黄酮提取率为因变量,对火棘果总黄酮的提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,火棘果总黄酮最优提取工艺为乙醇体积分数90%、纤维素酶用量1%、超声波温度45℃、超声波时间2 h,在此条件下火棘果总黄酮的提取率为1.1490%.Pyracantha fortuneana is an important plant for medicine and food,which has great development and application prospects.Based on the single factor experiment,the extraction process of total flavonoids from Pyracantha fortuneana was optimized by selecting ethanol volume fraction,cellulase dosage,ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time as independent variables,and the extraction rate of total flavonoids as dependent variable.The results showed that the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids from Pyracantha fortuneana fruit was as follow:ethanol volume fraction was 90%,cellulase dosage was 1%,ultrasonic temperature was 45℃,ultrasonic time was 2 h.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Pyracantha fortuneana fruit was 1.1490%.
