摘　　要：根据药物化学名画结构式是药物化学课程的教学要点与难点。本文首次比较系统、详细地总结了根据药物化学名画结构式的步骤和方法:(1)看药物化学名的末尾判断母体的名称,初步画出母体结构并编号;(2)根据标氢、加氢等前缀修正母体结构;(3)依次画出取代基;(4)画出手性碳、双键和环上取代基的立体构型。用该法能根据目前药物化学教材中的化学名准确地画出结构式。Drawing the drug structure based on its chemical name is a key and difficult point in the teaching of Medicinal Chemistry.The procedure and method of drawing the drug structure based on its chemical name were systematically and detailedly summarized.The parent name was confirmed from the end of the chemical name,and then the parent structure was drawn preliminarily and numbered.The parent structure was corrected based on the prefixes of indicated hydrogen,added hydrogen,and so on.The substituting groups were drawn in turn.The stereo configurations of chiral carbon,double bond and substituting groups at ring were drawn.The drug structures in current Medicinal Chemistry textbook were drawn precisely by the method.
