摘 要:铁死亡是本世纪发现的一种新的细胞死亡方式,以铁积累和脂质过氧化为主要特征。溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是炎症性肠病的一种类型,与多种病因有关,发病率不断上升,严重影响人们的身体健康。因此,积极探讨UC发病机制对其筛查、诊断、治疗具有重要意义。近年来,铁死亡和UC的关系受到了广泛的关注,成为新的研究热点。本文就铁死亡中的主要介质在UC发病机制中的作用,并结合目前最新的研究成果做一综述,为以铁死亡作为靶点治疗UC提供新的思路。Ferrotosis is a mode of cell death newly identified in this century,characterized mainly by iron accumulation and lipid peroxidation.Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a type of inflammatory bowel disease associated with a variety of causes and an ever increasing incidence,seriously affecting people′s health.Therefore,active exploration of its pathogenesis is of great significance for its screening,diagnosis and treatment.In recent years,the relationship between ferroptosis and UC has attracted widespread attention and become a new research hotspot.This article reviews the role of the main mediators of ferroptosis in the pathogenesis of UC in combination with the latest research findings to provide new insight for the treatment of UC with ferroptosis as a target.
