摘 要:首先分析了广州市小汽车发展和出行特征,回顾历次配建指标调整情况,通过分析配建停车位建设情况,提出原指标存在的问题。在当前小汽车增速回升背景下分析停车需求,提出“空间引导”保障基本停车需求、“类型区分”满足出行停车需求的总体优化思路。解读了在此思路下开展的《广州市建设项目停车泊位配建指标规定》(2023版)机动车配建指标重点修订内容。This article begins by analyzing the development and travel characteristics of automobiles in Guangzhou,and reviewing the adjustments of parking allocation standards in the past.By examining the construction of allocated parking spaces,the issues of original standards are identified.Parking demand is analyzed under the background of rebound in automobiles growth.The overall optimization approach,which proposes space guidance to ensure basic parking demand and type differentiation to meet travel parking demand,has been put forward.It interprets the key revisions to the motor vehicle allocation standards in"The Parking Allocation Standards Stipulated for Construction Projects in Guangzhou"(2023 Edition)conducted under this approach.
