摘 要:主要研究沙柳纤维与麦秸纤维的质量比对共混干膜的力学性能的影响规律,以及添加助剂对其干、湿抗张强度的影响。采用化学机械打浆法将沙柳纤维与麦秸纤维制备成可降解地膜,同时测定了复合地膜对水的接触角的影响。结果表明:当沙柳纤维的叩解度为40°SR、麦秸纤维的叩解度为50°SR、沙柳浆液和麦秸浆液的质量比为7∶3时,所制备的60 g/m^(2)复合地膜原膜,其干抗张强度为2.50 kN/m,撕裂度为540 mN。在此基础上,在其浆液中添加阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)、聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)和烷基烯酮二聚物(AKD),探究助剂对其力学性能与抗水性能的影响。结果表明:在浆液中添加1.5%CPAM、1.5%PAE和0.4%AKD后,复合纸基地膜干抗张强度达到3.24 kN/m,湿抗张强度为1.27 kN/m,水接触角为109.7°。The effect of mass ratio of Salix fiber to wheat straw fiber on mechanical properties of dry film and the effect of additives on dry and wet tensile strength were studied in this paper.The degradable mulching film was prepared from Salix psammophila fiber and wheat straw fiber by chemical mechanical pulping method.The results showed that when the tapping degree of Salix fiber was 40°SR,the tapping degree of wheat straw fiber was 50°SR,and the mass ratio of Salix pulp and wheat straw pulp was 7∶3,the 60 g/m^(2)composite film was prepared,the dry tensile strength was 2.50 kN/m and the tear strength was 540 mN.On this basis,cationic Polyacrylamide(CPAM),Polyamide epichlorohydrin(PAE)and alkyl ketene dimer(AKD)were added to the slurry to investigate the effects of additives on its mechanical properties and water resistance.The results showed that with the addition of 1.5%CPAM,1.5%PAE,and 0.4%AKD,the dry tensile strength and wet tensile strength of the composite paper base film were 3.24 kN/m and 1.27 kN/m,respectively,and the water contact angle was 109.7°.
