摘  要:圆棒榫旋转摩擦焊接技术作为一种创新的木材无胶结合技术,具有无醛环保、性能优良和生产高效等优点,在木制品制造领域正逐渐展现出其重要作用,有替代传统木工连接方式的潜力。本文概述了此技术的优势、焊接机理及其广阔的应用前景;探讨了改善和加强焊接制品的方法和机理,旨在进一步推广此技术的应用范围。最后,综述了此技术的反应机理,介绍了其在工程木制品(EWP)和家具领域的实际应用案例与发展趋势。并指出未来圆棒榫旋转摩擦焊接技术会朝着工业化、自动化的方向发展,有关此技术的有限元分析方法和全生命周期评价方法体系有待深入研究。The rotary friction welding technology,as an innovative wood glue-free bonding technology with the advantages of aldehyde-free and environmentally friendly,excellent performance,and high production efficiency,is gradually showing its important role in the field of wood products manufacturing,and it has the potential to replace the traditional carpentry joining method.This paper outlined the advantages of this technology,the welding mechanism and its broad application prospects.Secondly,the methods and mechanisms were discussed to improve and strengthen the welded products,aiming to further promote the application scope of the technology.Finally,the reaction mechanism of this technology was summarized,and its practical application cases and development trends in the field of engineered wood products(EWP)and furniture were introduced.It was also pointed out that the rotary friction welding technology will develop in the direction of industrialization and automation in the future,and the finite element analysis method and the whole life cycle evaluation method and system of this technology need to be studied in depth.
