摘　　要：本文主要介绍了在集成封装电路生产过程中质量缺陷检测时,利用小波变换技术对采集到的图像进行处理,通过图像的分解、压缩、增强等技术得到质量较好的图像,为后续利用图像方法检测产品质量提供保障为相关企业提高集成电路封装产品生产质量和生产效率,提供有效的技术支持。This paper mainly introduces the quality defect detection in the production process of integrated circuit,the use of wavelet transform technology to process the collected images,through image decomposition,compression,enhancement and other technologies to obtain better quality images,to provide guarantee for the subsequent use of image methods to detect product quality,improve the production quality of integrated circuit packaging enterprises.Provide effective technical support for related enterprises.
