新质生产力革命背景下人类普遍交往的深度发展研究

摘　　要：交往是生产的前提,也是人的需要获得满足的基本条件。交往的实现根本上是由生产力发展、科学技术进步决定的。当今时代,大数据、互联网、人工智能等各种信息技术相融合形成的数字技术体系引领新质生产力革命,促进交往实现网络化、数字化。数字交往是基于区块链架构的智能网络而实现的超越时空与信任的深度交往,是人们随时随地随身的自由交往,是个人作为个人主体的自主交往。新质生产力推动劳动社会化深度发展,由此推动普遍交往向纵深无限延伸,表现在:一方面,推动人们分工合作日益紧密、实时协同,促进社会上各行业、各企业等在数据融合基础上实现技术融合、业务融合,从而使人们之间的交往日益密切到如同“一个社会劳动力”;另一方面,不断消解生产与消费之间中介环节,促进生产与消费日益融合,从而使普遍交往不断摆脱偶然性、外在性和表面性,实现基于实践整体性的深度融合、有机统一。数字化普遍交往的深度发展极大提高效率,从而促进生产力发展;极大提高人的能力,从而促进人的全面发展;推动经济全球化向纵深发展及全人类共同价值的现实形成,从而促进人类命运共同体全面建设和发展。Communication is a prerequisite for production,and the realization of communication is fundamentally determined by the development of productive forces and scientific and technological progress.Nowadays,the digital technology system formed by the integration of Big Data,the Internet and other information technologies leads the revolution of new quality productivity,and promotes networking and digitalization of communication.Digital communication,which is based on the blockchain architecture of intelligent networks,is a kind of deep communication that transcends time,space and trust,a kind of free communication that people can have with them anytime,anywhere,and also a kind of autonomous communication with individuals as individual subjects.New quality productivity promotes the deep development of socialization of labor and the corresponding deep development of universal communication,as manifested in the following two aspects:On the one hand,it promotes real-time synergies of division of labor and collaboration,and the integration of technology and business among various industries and enterprises in society on the basis of data fusion,so as to make people’s communication approximate“one social labor force”.On the other hand,it can continuously dissolve the intermediary link between production and consumption,increasingly promote their integration,enable constant universal communication to break free from contingency,externality and superficiality,and eventually achieve the deep integration and organic unity based on practical integrity.The in-depth development of universal digital communication greatly improves efficiency and promotes the development of productivity,greatly enhances human abilities and promotes allround development of mankind,and promotes the deepening of economic globalization and the formation of common values for all mankind,as well as the construction of a community with a shared future for humanity.
