“两山”理论背景下的浙江省自然教育基地发展路径研究

摘　　要：采用在线问卷和实地访谈,对浙江62个自然教育基地进行案例分析。结果表明,浙江省自然教育基地具有“多种类型并存、经营主体多样、活动设施有基础、安全防范有保障”等特色,但也同时存在发展分布失衡、教育功能薄弱、课程质量不高、专业人员缺乏等现实困境。据此提出以政策引导为核心、辅以人才培养和成果应用“一体两翼”发展建议,旨在为推动我国自然教育基地实现高质量发展提供参考。The study conducted a case study on 62 natural education bases in Zhejiang using online questionnaires and interviews.It is found that Zhejiang Province′s natural education bases exhibit characteristics such as′multiple types coexisting,diverse business entities,basic activity facilities,and guaranteed safety precautions′.However,they also face challenges like imbalanced development distribution,weak educational functions,low curriculum quality,and a lack of professional personnel.In response to these challenges,this article proposes a′One Core and Two Wings′development strategy centered around policy guidance,complemented by talent cultivation and the application of outcomes,aiming to provide a reference for promoting high-quality development of natural education bases.
