真武汤加味联合离照散药炙治疗肝癌癌性腹水疗效及生活质量影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨真武汤加味联合离照散药炙治疗肝癌癌性腹水的疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年1月-2022年12月我院收治的90例肝癌癌性腹水患者,按随机数字表法分为三组,各30例。对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组A在对照组基础上联用真武汤加味治疗,观察组B在观察组A基础上联用离照散药炙治疗。比较三组临床疗效、腹水改善情况、生活质量及安全性。结果观察组B、观察组A总有效率高于对照组。观察组B治疗后腹水最大流平直径、腹围小于观察组A、对照组,24h尿量高于观察组A、对照组,腹水消退时间短于观察组A、对照组,治疗后SF-36评分中各维度评分均高于观察组A、对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组安全性相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论真武汤加味联合离照散药炙治疗肝癌癌性腹水效果更佳,可加快腹水消退,改善患者生活质量,安全可靠。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of modified Zhenwu decoction combined with Lizhao powder decoction on liver cancer ascites and its impact on quality of life.Method 90 patients with liver cancer ascites admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into three groups with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while observation group A was treated with modified Zhenwu Tang on the basis of the control group,while observation group B was treated with Lizhao San Yao Zhi on the basis of observation group A.Compare the clinical efficacy,improvement of ascites,quality of life,and safety of three groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group B and observation group A was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the maximum diameter and abdominal circumference of ascites in observation group B were smaller than those in observation group A and control group.The 24-hour urine output was higher than that in observation group A and control group,and the time for ascites to subside was shorter than that in observation group A and control group.The SF-36 score in all dimensions after treatment was higher than that in observation group A and control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in safety among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Zhenwu decoction and Lizhao powder is more effective in treating liver cancer ascites,which can accelerate the resolution of ascites,improve patients'quality of life,and is safe and reliable.
