摘　　要：目的:分析匹伐他汀钙片辅助治疗老年脑梗死的临床效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年6月祁阳市人民医院收治的老年脑梗死患者76例为研究对象,随机分为参照组和观察组,各38例。参照组采用阿司匹林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用匹伐他汀钙片治疗。比较两组血液流变学指标、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数及治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组血黏稠度、血小板黏附率、红细胞沉降率低于治疗前,观察组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组NIHSS评分低于治疗前,观察组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Barthel指数高于治疗前,观察组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.042)。结论:匹伐他汀钙片辅助治疗老年脑梗死的效果较好,有助于改善患者的血液流变学指标和神经功能,提高其日常生活能力。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Pitavastatin calcium tablets in the adjuvant treatment of senile cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of seventy-six elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Qiyang People's Hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the reference group and the observation group,with thirty-eight cases in each group.The reference group was treated with aspirin,and the observation group was treated with Pitavastatin calcium tablets on the basis of reference group.Hemorheology index,National institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,Barthel index and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the blood viscosity,platelet adhesion rate and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the NIHSS score of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the Barthel index in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.042).Conclusion:The effect of Pitavastatin calcium tablets in the adjuvant treatment of elderly cerebral infarction is better,which helps to improve the hemorheology index and nerve function of patients,and improve their daily living ability.
