摘　　要：目的:分析绷带镜对翼状胬肉切除术联合带自体角膜缘干细胞结膜瓣移植术后恢复情况的影响。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年5月于百色市田东县人民医院行翼状胬肉切除术联合带自体角膜缘干细胞结膜瓣移植术的患者84例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组术后未佩戴绷带镜,观察组术后佩戴绷带镜。比较两组角膜上皮愈合状况、疼痛程度、眼部刺激症状评分。结果:术后2 h,两组角膜上皮愈合评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1 d、7 d,观察组角膜上皮愈合评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。术后1 d、3 d、5 d,观察组视觉模拟评分法评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。术后1 d、3 d、5 d,观察组眼部刺激症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:绷带镜对翼状胬肉切除术联合带自体角膜缘干细胞结膜瓣移植术后恢复情况的影响具有积极意义,可以促进角膜上皮愈合,降低疼痛程度,缓解术后眼部刺激症状。Objective:To analyze the effect of bandaging mirror on the recovery after pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell conjunctival flap transplantation.Methods:A total of eighty-four patients who underwent pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell conjunctival flap transplantation in Baise Tiandong County People's Hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with forty-two cases in each group.The control group did not wear the bandage mirror after operation,and the observation group wore the bandage mirror after operation.The healing status of corneal epithelium,pain degree and ocular irritation symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results:2 h after surgery,there was no significant difference in corneal epithelial healing scores between the two groups(P>0.05);the corneal epithelial healing score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group on day 1 and day 7 after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).On day 1,day 3 and day 5 after operation,the visual analog score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).On day 1,day 3 and day 5 after surgery,ocular irritation symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The bandage mirror has positive effect on the recovery after pterygium excision combined with conjunctival flap with autologous limbal stem cells.It can promote the healing of corneal epithelium,reduce the degree of pain,and alleviate the symptoms of postoperative ocular irritation.
