网络语言视角下高校辅导员网络思想政治教育话语权改革研究

摘　　要：话语是思想政治教育的内容传播载体,只有掌握话语权方能把握意识形态教育主导权。高校辅导员作为大学生教育、管理和服务者,在开展网络思想政治教育过程中,必须正视网络语言的机遇和影响,结合自身在网络思政教育中话语权重构的现实困境,通过强调话语有方,打破师生话语壁垒、摆明政治方向,科学话语以理服人、树立话语权威,引导学生亲师信道等策略,转变辅导员网络思想政治教育的话语内容和范式,以大学生喜闻乐见的话语形态,增强网络思想政治教育实效性,促进当代大学生的身心健康成长与全面发展。Discourse is the content dissemination carrier of ideological and political education,and only by mastering the discourse power can one grasp the dominant power of ideological education.As educators,managers,and service providers for college students,college counselors must face up to the opportunities and impacts of online language in the process of carrying out ideological and political education.In combination with the practical dilemma of reconstructing their discourse power in online ideological and political education,transform the discourse content and paradigm of online ideological and political education for counselors,enhance the effectiveness of online ideological and political education in a discourse form that is popular among college students,and promote the physical and mental health growth and comprehensive development of contemporary college students.
