摘　　要：混合式教学已成为现代教育的一种常见模式,教师在实现有效教学方面扮演着关键的角色,从混合教学的角度来考察对外汉语教师的教学行为具有重要意义。为解决高校对外汉语教师有效教学行为中存在的问题,教师需要:深入理解混合教学的概念和理念,提升混合教学能力,包括线上教学技能和线下教学技巧;提高线上管理水平,确保课程的顺利进行和学生的线上行为得到有效管理;有效开展多元化评价,采用多种评价方法更全面地评估学生的学习成果。Blended teaching has become a common mode of modern education,and teachers play a crucial role in achieving effective teaching.It is important to examine the teaching behavior of Chinese teachers for foreigners from the perspective of blended teaching.To solve the problems in their effective teaching behavior,Chinese teachers for foreigners in universities need to:have a deep understanding of the concept and concept of blended teaching,enhance their blended teaching abilities,including online and offline teaching skills;improve the level of online management to ensure the smooth progress of courses and effective management of students'online behavior;effectively carry out diversified evaluations and use multiple evaluation methods to comprehensively evaluate students'learning outcomes.
