摘 要:作为以培养人才为主要目标的高校,被国家、社会、家庭和个人寄予厚望。教考分离教学管理模式较好诠释并完成各高校的首要任务:提升教学质量,调动学习积极性,提高学习效果。本文通过教学调研,运用比较的方法对教考合一与教考分离、试卷库与试题库进行对比分析,在此基础上总结出一套与教考分离模式相匹配的操作方法。通过研究发现:教考分离教学管理模式有效规避了传统教考合一教学管理模式存在的不足;试题库与试卷库在组卷过程中各有优势,需要各校进行相机抉择;为了教考分离的顺利开展,需要三方主体从教到考两个环节全程推进,确保实现人才培养这一核心目标。As a university with the main goal of cultivating talents,it has high expectations from the country,society,families,and individuals.The teaching and examination separation teaching management model better interprets and completes the primary task of each university:improving teaching quality,mobilizing learning enthusiasm,and improving learning effectiveness.This paper conducts a comparative analysis of the integration of teaching and examination,the separation of teaching and examination,and the comparison between test paper and question banks through teaching research.Based on this,a set of operating methods that match the separation mode of teaching and examination are summarized.Through research,it has been found that the teaching and examination separation teaching management model effectively avoids the shortcomings of the traditional teaching and examination integration teaching management model;the test question bank and the test paper bank each have their own advantages in the process of paper formation,and each school needs to make informed decisions;in order to smoothly carry out the separation of teaching and examination,it is necessary for the three parties to promote the entire process from teaching to examination,ensuring the achievement of the core goal of talent cultivation.
