指导教师素质能力与过程管理对本科毕业论文质量的影响——以西北农林科技大学经济管理学院为例

摘　　要：该文以西北农林科技大学经济管理学院2020—2022年本科毕业论文为研究对象,应用多元回归模型以及条件Logist模型,分析指导教师素质能力与过程管理对本科毕业论文质量的影响。研究发现,指导教师重视程度对论文质量有显著影响;指导教师对本科生毕业论文的影响路径可以分为选题来源、选题创新性、数据处理、工作量和文献阅读五个方面,其重视程度对选题创新性、数据处理、工作量和文献阅读均有显著的正向影响;指导教师专业素养越强、重视程度越高,学生写出高质量毕业论文的概率越大。在教师的正确指导下,加上学生自身的努力,毕业论文质量才能得到根本保证。This paper takes the undergraduate thesis of the college of Economics and Management,Northwest A&F University from 2020 to 2022 as the research object.It applies multiple regression model and Logist model and analyzes the influence of quality ability and process management of teachers on the quality of undergraduate thesis.The study found that the degree of attention paid by tutors has a significant impact on the quality of papers.The tutors'influence channels on undergraduate graduation thesis can be divided into five aspects:the source of topic,the innovation of topic,data processing,workload and literature reading.The degree of attention has a significant positive impact on the innovation of topic selection,data processing,workload and literature reading.The stronger the personal quality of the tutor is and the higher the emphasis is,the more likely students write high-quality graduation thesis;under the correct guidance of teachers and the efforts of students themselves,the quality of graduation thesis can be fundamentally guaranteed.
