摘 要:该文设计一套隧道式竹材干燥窑温湿度系统,并通过对隧道式竹材干燥窑工作原理的分析,设计一套PID控制器进行温湿度控制。然后,对隧道式竹材干燥窑湿度控制系统的硬件进行设计,以西门子S7-1200 PLC为主控制器,针对具体控制要求,选择温度传感器和湿度传感器,并进行电动机和风机的选择、变频器的选择、人机界面的选择和电气原理图的设计。在此基础上,采用博途软件编写该系统的程序,并在此基础上画出该系统的梯形图。通过进行系统仿真与调试得知,该文设计的隧道式竹材干燥窑温湿度系统可以有效实现对隧道式竹材干燥窑内温湿度参数的实时监测和控制。通过对窑内温湿度参数的准确测量和控制,可提高竹材的干燥效率和质量,为竹材加工行业提供更加科学、高效的干燥设备。A set of temperature and humidity system of tunnel bamboo drying kiln is designed.Through the analysis of the working principle of tunnel bamboo drying kiln,a set of PID controller is designed to control temperature and humidity.Then,the hardware of the temperature and humidity control system of tunnel bamboo drying kiln is designed.Siemens S7-1200 PLC is used as the main control master,and the temperature sensor and humidity sensor are selected according to the specific control requirements,and the selection of motor and fan,the selection of frequency converter,the selection of man-machine interface,electrical schematic design.On this basis,the program of the system is compiled by TIA portal software,and the ladder diagram of the system is drawn.Through the system simulation and debugging,it is known that the temperature and humidity system of the tunnel bamboo drying kiln designed in this project can effectively realize the real-time monitoring and control of the temperature and humidity parameters in the tunnel bamboo drying kiln.Through the accurate measurement and control of temperature and humidity parameters in the kiln,the drying efficiency and quality of bamboo can be improved,and more scientific and efficient drying equipment can be provided for bamboo processing industry.
