针刺联合胃复春胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合胃复春胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取102例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各51例。对照组给予胃复春胶囊治疗,观察组给予针刺联合胃复春胶囊治疗。比较2组临床总有效率,并比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)水平及miR-26a、miR-32相对定量表达水平。结果:观察组总有效率90.20%,高于对照组70.59%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组胃脘疼痛、胃脘痞胀、倦怠乏力、食少纳呆等中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清GAS、MTL水平均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清miR-26a升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组血清miR-32降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合胃复春胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎具有较为理想的效果,不仅能改善胃肠激素,并且能降低炎症因子水平,调控miR-26a、miR-32表达。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of acupuncture combined with Weifuchun Capsules on chronic astrophic gastritis.Methods:A total of 102 patients with chronic astrophic gastritis were selected as the study subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Weifuchun Capsules,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and Weifuchun Capsules.The total clinical effective rates were compared,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and the levels of motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS),interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and the relative expression levels of miR-26a and miR-32 before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 90.20%in the observation group,higher than that of 70.59%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of gastric cavity pain,stuffiness and distension of gastric cavity,fatigue and lack of strength,and poor appetite and digestion in both groups were reduced (P<0.05),and the above four scores in the observation group were lower than those in thecontrol group (P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of serum GAS and MTL in both groups were increased(P<0.05), and the above two levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-α in the two groups were downregulated(P<0.05), and the above three levels in the observation group were lower than those in thecontrol group (P<0.05). After treatment,the expression levels of serum miR-26a in the two groups wereup-regulated (P<0.05),and the level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);the relative expression levels of serum miR-32 in both groups were declined (P<0.05), and thelevel in the observation group was lower than
