摘　　要：B细胞是肿瘤微环境中的主要细胞成分,并且在肿瘤免疫中发挥重要作用。既往的研究更多认为B细胞及其产生的抗体能够分别通过分泌免疫抑制性细胞因子和激活补体系统等机制促进肿瘤进展。然而近来的研究显示,B细胞在促进抗肿瘤免疫应答中发挥了重要的作用。文章综述B细胞在肿瘤免疫中的多种作用,讨论其不同效应的内在机制及其对肿瘤患者预后的影响。B cells are the major component in the tumor microenvironment and play key roles in tumor immunity.Previous studies have suggested that B cells promote tumor progression via secreting immune-inhibitory cytokines or activating the complement system through B cell-secreted antibodies.However,recent studies have revealed an important role of B cells in anti-tumor immune responses.This review summarizes the multiple functions of B cells in tumor immunity and discusses the underlying mechanisms and the effects on patients prognosis.
