摘  要:对传统巡检车的运动方式、检测方式和清理机构进行了改进优化,并增设了扶正机构。检测是本设计主要优化的功能,优化后的检测装置能实现360°旋转、上下抬升,在其中增设红外线感应和超声波检测,实现了对管道裂缝和破损电缆的全方位检测。在筛选多种运动方式后,选用麦克纳姆轮作为轮系结构,其可在多种类型管道中行驶,增强了通用性。同时针对难清理的问题,采用吸附机构和夹爪来对管道内复杂和微小区域实现全面彻底的清理;增设扶正机构,提高了巡检车应对突发状况的能力。优化设计完成后,对该巡检车的升降、动力系统进行分析,并运用有限元仿真对巡检车的结构设计进行验证。结果表明,优化后的结构合理安全。This article focuses on optimizing and improving the movement mode,detection method,and cleaning mechanism of traditional inspection vehicles,as well as adding a righting mechanism.The main optimization of this design is the detection function.The optimized detection device offers 360°rotation and vertical lifting capabilities,with infrared sensing and ultrasonic detection function to achieve comprehensive detection of pipeline cracks and damaged cables.After screening various movement modes,the Mecanum wheel is selected as the wheel system structure,which can travel through various types of pipelines,enhancing versatility.At the same time,to solve the problem of difficult cleaning,an adsorption mechanism and a clamp are used to achieve comprehensive and thorough cleaning of complex and small areas inside the pipeline.A righting mechanism is added to improve the inspection vehicle's ability to deal with emergencies.The lifting and power systems of the inspection vehicle are analyzed,and the structural design of the inspection vehicle is verified through finite element simulation,which demonstrates the feasibility and safety of the design.
