摘  要:家长教育权威作为一种特殊的文化关系和约束规则,是家长对未成年子女实施高质量家庭教育的重要保障。厘清家长教育权威的内涵及其特殊性,确证家长教育权威的分类发展与价值正当性,是协同优化家庭教育科学性与价值性的逻辑前提。彼得斯的权威理论认为,权威确立与规则遵守具有内在的规约关系,正当必要的权威规则是维系理想教育关系的前提,对正确认识和重塑家长教育权威提供了有益启示。家长作为教育者的权威兼具传统性和时代性,当前家长面临责任旁落、能力式微、多重冲突等现实困境,树立正确的教育权威观、提升教育权威执行力、确证教育权威价值诉求、落实家庭教育指导服务体系,是重建家长教育权威的路径选择。Parental authority is a unique cultural relationship and regulatory rule that plays a crucial role in enabling parents to provide high-quality education to their underage children.To optimize the scientific and moral values of family education,it is necessary to clarify the connotation and specificity of parental authority and confirm its classification,development,and legitimacy.R.S.Peters’theory of authority highlights the normative relationship between the establishment of authority and compliance with rules.Legitimate and necessary authoritative rules serve as a prerequisite for maintaining an ideal educational relationship,providing valuable insights for understanding and reshaping parental authority.As educators,parents’authority embodies both tradition and modernity.However,parents face several challenges such as neglect of responsibilities,diminished capabilities,and multiple conflicts.To reshape parental educational authority,it is crucial to establish a correct view of educational authority,enhance its implementation,confirm the value demands,and implement a system of family education guidance service system.
