摘　　要：文中在现有的电解加工机床上研发一套数据采集系统。该系统由传感器、数据采集模块和上位机等组成。数据采集模块以STM32F103RCT6微控制器为核心,通过4个RS485接口采集多个传感器数据,并通过RS232将采集到的数据发送至上位机,使用Modbus RTU协议以报文格式进行数据传输。使用C#语言在Visual Studio开发环境下进行上位机的软件编写和界面设计,可以实时显示、保存传感器数据,对传感器数据具备限位报警、状态判断、故障监测等功能。测试结果表明:该系统运行稳定,数据采集效率高,数据传输正确。In this paper,a data acquisition system was developed on existing ECM machine tools.The system mainly consisted of sensors,data acquisition modules and host computers.The data acquisition module took the STM32F103RCT6 microcontroller as the core,collected multiple sensor data through four RS485 interfaces,and sent the collected data to the host computer through RS232,using the Modbus RTU protocol for data transmission in message format.C#language was used to write software and interface design for the host computer in the Visual Studio development environment.It can display and save sensor data in real time,and had functions such as limit alarm,status judgment,and fault monitoring for sensor data.The test results show that the system operates stably,has high data collection efficiency and correct data transmission.
